So sorry to hear of Georges passing. I remember him and his family fondly during my time in Fort Macleod during the early 70's

George will truly be missed. He was such a loving soul and a fantastic man. He helped me with my daughter and her horse when we first moved to Fort Macleod. She considered him to be like a grandpa to her. He was totally and Icon in Fort Macleod and will be truly missed by many. Hugs to all the family!

Message from Father MacGillivray Council 5089, Fort Macleod
August 1, 2017 3:24 PM
On behalf of the Father MacGillivray Council 5089 I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to all members of the family. George was one of our Charter members and has served the Council for the past 56 years. George may not have been active in his last years, but will be fondly remembers as contributing to the Council in many ways.
George will be remembered in any memorial Mass that is said for our Council members and at the Orders Daily Mass a St.. Mary's Church in New Haven, Connecticut, the birthplace of the Knights of Columbus.
