Dr. Thomas David Halbert, Beloved husband of 58 years to Edrie Halbert, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2017, at the age of 80 years. Besides his loving wife Edrie, Tom will be lovingly remembered by his three children Tim (Christine), Pattee Gaspard and Ken (Laura Halbert); his eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
