Blaine Kevin Schrempp

Blaine Kevin Schrempp (Beanie) of Pincher Creek passed away January 16, 2019, at the age of 65.

Blaine was predeceased by his father, Wilfred; mother, Virginia (nee Janostak); sister Mary-Ellen; and brother Gary.  Blaine is survived by his niece, Sandra Schrempp; her son, Corben Funnell; and numerous cousins in Canada and the United States.

Blaine is remembered as a very kind and quiet family-oriented man who loved sports, animals, politics, and his faith.  Blaine had a special bond with his great-nephew, Corben, and his cousin, Ron Bonertz (Bing).  Corben always enjoyed visiting with Blaine and especially enjoyed watching sports with him.  Bing has very fond memories of growing up with Blaine, Gary, and Mary Ellen.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday June 22, 2019 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, (958 Christie Ave). Inurnment to follow at St. Henry’s Cemetery. A celebration of life will follow at the Royal Canadian Legion (691 Main St) between 12:00 P.M. till 4:00 P.M.
