Rita Bruns

It is with great sadness that the family of Rita Bruns announce her passing, after a long battle with illness, on April 27, 2018.  Rita will be greatly missed by her loving husband John, and her children Cindy (Mike), Darla (Dave), Raymond (Marie), as well as her grandchildren and great grandchildren; her brother Ronald (Lorene); sister-in-law Diana and her dear friends who came to brighten her day and make her world a little less small.  Mom was particularly fond of card games and marbles and the family would like to thank everyone who stopped in for a visit and a game.  We know that it meant a lot to her and helped brighten up her days. We would also like to express our appreciation for the kindness shown by friends who sat with her at the hospital.  Rita’s family would like to extend our sincere appreciation to all the staff of the Pincher Creek Health Centre and Vista Village, Dr. Tracey Burton and the amazing nurses, who treated our mom with such dignity and respect through some very trying times.  The care and concern that you showed will not be forgotten.
