Chris passed away on October 15, 2022 at 44 years of age. He was born in Lethbridge Hospital in 1978 before growing up in Pincher Creek, Alberta. Chris graduated from Matthew Halton High School in 1995 before pursuing a career as an oil well tester in Alberta's oil fields.
Within his career, he worked with many oil and gas companies before a tragic accident changed his world. In 2001, Chris broke his back and became a paraplegic. Instead of letting the injury take his livelihood, he used it as inspiration. Chris always remained active, whether it was sit-skiing, golfing, or restoring classic automobiles; he was especially proud of his 1964 Ford Falcon Convertible, which he restored from the ground up. He was also an avid mud-bog enthusiast, earning himself many trophies and awards throughout his time in the sport.
Chris loved his family and cherished his pets and is survived by his parents, Myrl and Janice Bose, his sister, Marina Boese (Rob Townshend) and numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Despite many obstacles, he was always energetic and approached everyone with a bright and contagious smile.
He will be forever loved, and always missed by many.
