Donna Trodden

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Donna Lee Marie Trodden (Aubin, Kletke) on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at the age of 68. She passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the Chinook Regional Hospital in Lethbridge. Donna was the beloved middle daughter of the late Eldon and Gertie Trodden of Pincher Creek, AB. 

Donna was born on July 6, 1954, in Pincher Creek, where she grew up, graduating from St. Michael's School. She stayed fairly close, making her homes in the Pincher and Crowsnest Pass areas, with a few years spent in Thompson, Manitoba. She returned to Pincher Creek where she lived until her passing. 

Donna was intelligent, compassionate, spiritual, generous, musical, talented and creative. She was loving, caring, honest and sincere. If you asked her a question, you would get an honest answer, maybe with a wink and a smile. 

Donna leaves to mourn her passing, her son Levon (Sylvia) Kletke of Pincher Creek, her sister Carol Ann (Art) Bedster of Lethbridge, her brother Gary (Susie) Trodden of Coleman, brother Robert (Connie) Trodden of Pincher Creek, brother Roy Trodden of Pincher Creek and her sister Cindy (Jeff) Dwyer also of Pincher, and their families. In addition to her last remaining aunt, Auntie Teal ( Lucille) Beisel of Viking, AB, are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and their families, as well as Becky and Connie, two of many special friends and acquaintances throughout her life. 

She was pre-deceased by her daughter, Alycia Aubin, her sister, Linda Clark, her Mom and Dad, Eldon and Gertie Trodden, her ex-husband, Ben Kletke and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. 

A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Elks Hall in Pincher Creek.
