Douglas Kenneth McTrowe passed away peacefully at the St. Michael’s Palliative Care Unit in Lethbridge, Alberta, on June 21, 2022. Doug was born on September 2, 1947, to Mary (neé Nedilenka) and Ken McTrowe in Banff, Alberta. He is predeceased by his sisters: Noreen, Eleanore (Rick Ellis), and Roseanne (Mike MacNeill). Doug is survived by his loving wife Evelyn (neé Beaupré), his daughters Mary-Anne (Dave Hoffos) and Eleanore, his son Ken (Michaela Baule), granddaughter MaryJane Bohnet, and great-grandson Eli DeSpain, as well as many cousins, nephews, and nieces. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, July 8, 2022, at the Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, Fort Macleod, Alberta. Fellowship to follow.
