It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ernest (Ernie) Walter Bishop, who passed away peacefully at the age of 94 after a long and courageous journey with dementia and cancer.
Ernest was a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, family member, and friend whose kindness, wisdom, strength, and unwavering love touched the lives of many. Throughout his life, he was known for his resilience, generosity, and dedication to those he loved. His presence brought comfort, laughter, and guidance to his family, and his memory will be cherished forever.
Though dementia and illness gradually stole many things from him, they never diminished the love he inspired in those around him. Ernest’s legacy lives on through the family and friends who were fortunate enough to know and love him.
