Gary Bruce Nicolson

Gary Bruce Nicolson was born on March 24, 1962 in Wainwright, AB to Dode and Ollie Nicolson and two older siblings Barrie and Duane. His first job was as a partsman at John Deere, he then went on to do Agriculture Equipment sales. His son Bryce was born in July of 1985 and his daughter Dena in August of 1988. Gary and his family moved to Pincher Creek in 1996 where he continued pursuing his passion of “the art of the deal” and while doing so meeting many people along the way who became treasured and loved friends.  Whether it was at work or making a car deal, Gary loved creating lasting and meaningful relationships with all of his buyers. Gary loved being with his family and friends as well as his time spent helping others. The mountains were dear to his heart as well as muscle cars and his love for the lord. Every person who came into contact with Gary was treated with kindness and generosity 

 He is preceded in death by his parents Dode and Ollie and his brother Duane. 

He is survived by his loving wife Rena, son Bryce (Ashley), daughter Dena, sister Barrie (Rick), his grandchildren Kellin, Kiana, and Kason, as well as his nieces and nephews: Tara, Daren, Linsey, Jami, Kristy, Jason, Kristin, and Shannon. 

There will be a Memorial Service held on January 20, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Vertical Church, 1200 Ken Thornton Blvd., Pincher Creek, Alberta.

Corinthians 13:13 Now these three remain: faith, hope, and love-but the greatest of these is love.
