Kristine Lynn Beer was born in Pincher Creek on April 15, 1974, and sadly passed away September 24, 2018. Kristine fought relentlessly for many years from the effects of Lupus. She endured more than any of us can imagine. We are so grateful to have had her in our lives, for so long due only to her incredible strength, determination and joy of life. Her accomplishments, community involvement, business savvy and overall love of interesting people and places made her unique and unforgettable. Kristine is survived by her mom Linda (George) Parkin; her dad Jim (Celeste) Beer; her brother Ken (Shannon) Beer; and her Gran Audrey Beer. She will also forever be in the hearts of her aunts and uncles; Les (Jill) Bevan, Doug (Tracey) Bevan; Diane (Paul) Shade, Betty (Larry) Hildreth, Wendy (Jerry) Muelaner, Marj (Mike) Davis and Carol Robertson. She is also survived by her step-brothers TJ (Alisha) Oreel and Daniel (Rita) Oreel and children. Kris will be deeply missed by many cousins who loved her dearly, as well as special friends Monica and Rick Davis, and Kristine’s god-daughters Anabelle and Angelyn. Kristine was predeceased by her grandparents Dick and Doreen Beal; her Granddad Cecil Beer; her sister-in-law Carrie Sparshu; and special Aunties Gail (Beer) Peterson and Linda (Beer) Rickard. Kristine is a legend among the staff and patients at the Lethbridge Renal Unit and other hospitals. She is a true inspiration to us all. As per her wishes a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
