Dear Harriet, Jeff, Greg, Trevor and Leah, my deepest condolences to you all. Ken and your family was part of my experience growing up in Pincher Creek, and having you as fabulous neighbors. Although I wasn't in Pincher long, every time I was there, I always received a friendly reception and visit from Ken and Harriet. My kids enjoyed time at your farm with the horses, which was something they didn't get to experience much in Vancouver. Ken was always smiling, such a great man, and so good to our dad. You will be missed, Ken. Much love. Hope you're playing cards with Bradley now!!!

I was saddened to see the obituary for Ken in the Calgary paper this week. I recall with pleasure the time spent working with Ken at the Waterton Plant in the late 19870's, as he did his best to "train" the new engineers as well as everyone else by sharing his knowledge and perspectives with his forceful yet friendly style. Having lost my father earier this year, we know how difficult it can be on the family.
With deepest sympathy, Arnold and Kathy MacBurnie

To the Dickie family. We express our sincere condolences with the passing of a man I knew as dad's buddy from across the alley, the guy dad worked with for what seemed a life time, the guy that had a great smile and was the protector of his friends home as well as the neighbourhood! The farm was Ken's and Brad's escape and playground! My kids loved going there to play with the chickens, pet the horses or go for a ride in the wagon! Ken was loved as well, as a community minded man who will be missed by many! Thank you Ken for being you and sharing your life with us!
