Blaine Passed away suddenly on March 19, 2023, at his home on the ranch that he cherished so much.
Blaine is survived by his loving wife Deb, children: Richard McGonigal, Amanda Meech (Tim), Brad Terpstra, Jesse McGonigal (Angela), seven grandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews & cousins. He is also survived by his siblings: Doug McGonigal (Deb), Brad, Karen LaPointe (Claude), and Dean McGonigal (Alejandra).
Blaine was predeceased by his parents Norman McGonigal, Joyce Kretchmar, his brother Kelly, and nephew Justin LaPointe.
Blaine and Deb loved hosting their annual Elk BBQ where everyone was welcome. There was always “regular” meat for those who were not brave enough to venture to the wild side.
Blaine loved life, most of all his friends at the Granum Colony, long time friend Tommy, and his four legged fur baby, “Kim”.
Blaine was kind, gentle, witty, always right and had an answer for everything. He will be missed by many.
Time is precious, waste it wisely.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, at the ranch.
