Debra Fournier, of Fort Macleod, passed away unexpectedly on January 17, 2023. Debra was 65 years old. Our family is devastated and shocked by this loss. Debra was born on November 29th, 1957, in Lethbridge to the late Bertha English. She married John Fournier in Fort Macleod on November 30th, 1985. She is survived by her son Anthony Fournier (Carmen).
Debra worked hard for most of her life. She completed high school in Fort Macleod in 1979. By the time Debra was 25 years of age, she had met the love of her life the late John Fournier. The two had an incredible connection and created a lovely family with their son Anthony. Debra's hobbies included fishing, writing, gardening, and boating. Debra was an avid accordion and organ musician and was passionate about stewy; her little furry companion.
A Wake Service was held on January 27, 2023, at Eden’s Funeral Home, from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a memorial donation can be made to her son Anthony.
