It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Don Shining Double of Piikani Nation, on January 1, 2024, at the age of 36 years. A Wake Service was held at Eden's Funeral Home, 2424 5 Ave, Fort Macleod, AB, on Friday, January 5, 2024, from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM. An All-Night Wake Service continued at Jill Grassy Water's Residence, Brocket, AB, starting at 7:00 PM. A Funeral Service was held at the Multi-Centre (Hand-Game Arbour), Brocket, AB, son Saturday, January 6, 2024, starting at 2:00 PM.
