Frances May Massie, of Claresholm, Alberta, returned home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at the age of 92 years.
She leaves behind to mourn, her daughter Brenda Wesley, her grandchildren Kimberly (Lee), Kyle (Erin), & Ashleigh (Ryan), and her great-grandchildren Keegan, Emery, Davyn, Danielle, & Jacqueline. She is also survived by her step-children Sharon, Bill (Cheryl), Carol (Howard), Gail (Danny), Dave (Gina), and their families.
She is predeceased by her parents Vern & Mildred Parker, her sister Charlotte, Norma-Jean, & Carol, her brother Bill, as well as her son Monty and his wife Brenda. Frances was blessed to have found love twice in her life; she is also predeceased by her first husband Charley Wesley and her second husband Bill Massie.
A Memorial Service was held at 11:00AM on Friday, September 13, 2024, at the Claresholm Baptist Church.
A Graveside Service took place following the Memorial at Union Cemetery, Fort Macleod, Alberta. All were welcome to attend.
Following the Graveside, a Come & Go Luncheon was held at Stockman’s Grill, Fort Macleod, Alberta.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish to may donate to the Arthritis Society Canada.
